A beautiful 4th floor recently remodeled condo in the Sandpiper beachfront property.
Stunning views of the beach, ocean, and Atlantic City skyline.

The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with two full baths condo (sleeps 6 people).
Living room and kitchen are open concept with beautiful views of the atlantic ocean.
The master bedroom has Queen size bed, small sitting area, large dresser and it’s own bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has two Full size beds, and access to the second full bathroom. Living room has brand new queen size sofa. All furniture are brand new. Washer, Dryer, and a dishwasher are in the apartement.

Short Walk to the beach. No streets or roads to cross. In ground community heated swimming pool with bathroom shower and life guard. There is also a shower close to beach access. Short drive to local restaurants and shops. Walking distance to community center with Tennis and Pickle ball courts. Also a quick trip over the bridge to Atlantic City.

Dedicated parking for two cars, just a few steps from the elevator and beach access.

We are providing 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, 6 beach tags and 6 pool tags.

The condo has free internet and all 3 new televisions are Smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu apps installed.

Reservations are Saturday to Saturday only.

Beautiful views of the beach and Atlantic City. Well appointed kitchen with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Immediate communication with the owner. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had the pleasure to stay in this immaculately clean condo with a gorgeous view! Just looking out the window was relaxing! The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc…The parking spots and loading / unloading spot was very close to the elevator! The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. The pool was guarded, clean, and easily accessible. We certainly will be rebooking next year!

Exceptional 4th-floor condo in Brigantine exceeded expectations. Recently renovated, chic interior with stunning ocean and wetland views. Open layout perfect for family, well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful corner unit with comfortable bedrooms and serene primary suite. Owner's hospitality outstanding, condo fully stocked with essentials. Thanks to this remarkable condo, our time in Brigantine was truly exceptional. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and convenient activity access.
