Not clean at all
The area is great, very safe cute neighborhood.
The apartment itself has potential to be nice but I do not believe that the property was cleaned at all prior to us arriving.
No clean bedding in any of the rooms, after reaching out to the owner he told me where in the house has new clean ones that I could put on myself. There was food sitting in the microwave on a plate. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. No towels. Air conditioning was set on 80 degrees. Carpet was dirty. While the owner was friendly enough he did not compensate for the fact that the property was dirty unless he wanted us to have the same people who had cleaned it already come back which makes for an extremely uncomfortable situation. We did not want to check out and find a new place so we essentially just sucked it up and cleaned what we could. I would not stay again or recommend this listing.
