We were there almost the whole time with no working TV. We had tv in the bedroom the size of a laptop. We had to wait to get anything done because the real estate agent had to get approval for everything through the owner whom they couldn't reach for a few days. They would not buy the needed remote without the owner buying it. One girl at the real estate office took it upon herself to get a universal remote but it didn't work. They would not order the correct one so the owner had to order. The problem was not fixed until Thursday and we were leaving Saturday.

We understand how disappointing it was to spend much of your vacation without a properly functioning TV, especially when the issue was not resolved until shortly before your departure. We also regret the delays you experienced while we worked to obtain the owner’s approval and the correct remote. We appreciate the team member who took the initiative to try a universal remote, and we’re sorry that it did not resolve the issue. We understand that this process did not provide the timely resolution you deserved as a guest. Your experience has been shared with our team so we can look at how similar issues can be handled more efficiently in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize that we were unable to get this resolved sooner.
