Experience the ultimate Maui getaway at this cozy 1-bedroom condo in Kihei. Conveniently located across the street from the beautiful Kam 3 Beach and Park, you'll have easy access to soft sand, swaying palm trees, and incredible sunset and ocean views. After a day of swimming, sunbathing, and exploring, retreat to your comfortable home-away-from-home which features 2 full bathrooms and all the amenities you need for a rejuvenating stay. Fully equipped with everything from beach gear to a modern kitchen, this condo provides the perfect blend of location and amenities for an unforgettable Maui vacation.

Condo Features include:
-Smart TV’s in living room and bedroom
-AC-efficient ductless AC in living area and bedroom
- King bed
-2 full bathrooms-both with stand up showers
-Seating for 4 inside at the dining table along with seating for 4 on the view lanai
-Kitchen offers full size appliances: fridge w/ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave
-Small appliances: coffee maker, K-cup Coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, rice cooker
-Plateware, glassware, cooking utensils and pots/pans provided

The Kamaole Sands complex is situated on 15 tropical acres, meticulously landscaped with many fragrant and beautiful trees and flowers. It's just across the street from popular Kamaole III beach and park with primo sunset viewing areas and a nice playground and facilities. Property features include a Fitness Center with Weights/Treadmill, Swimming Pool and Showers, Kiddie Pool and Hot Tub, Adult Hot Tub, Snack Bar Plus Poolside, Wednesday Pool Party, BBQ Grills, 4 Tennis Courts, Visitor Parking, Near Beach, Near Golf Courses, and Close to Town! Excellent location on the complex, close to the pool and parking. Beautiful, spacious and private lanai. Extremely comfortable bed and all the facilities you'd need. Kamaole Sands is also well placed opposite a fantastic beach and a short walk from a few shops and eateries. Altogether we were extremely happy with this condo and it helped make for a great holiday

Love Kaimole sands condos. Have stayed here for years. Great location for easy access to the beach, a fantastic pool area and beautiful garden area. Walking distance to restaurants and cinnamon roll shop. The unit is a great location in the complex with views of the garden and no traffic noise. So nice to hang out on the lanai for morning breakfast annd after we come back from the beach. Highly recommend.

Future renters should know that the room is right above the pool. So, it is quiet noisy at times A reminder to renters using the pool. It is available for all ages. Little ones jumping and splashing should be more respectful of others. Barbeque area is clean and well used.The ones we used have element issues (doesn’t heat up) and need to be maintenanced. The entire condo unit is great for young families, but not so much for some one looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. Super close to beach. And beach is paradise. Our unit could have had more dishes, like dinner plates that way we wouldn’t have had to run the dishwasher as often Bed was suuuper comfortable!!!Kihei area is great for a budget friendly Hawaii vacation. The area is becoming quiet run down and in need of upgrades. We love Maui, have stayed here several times. However, our next visit will stay in a different area/condo

Great condo in a very nice compkex

Loved eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the gardens. Pool area is very nice for relaxing in the afternoon. Location is great. Great beach and park across the street, within walking distance to restaurants/bakery/stores. Been coming to this complex for years and love everything about it.

At Home Comfort

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The lanai was always in the shade while we were there & that was what we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the whole condo was great. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked it for next year.

The dishwasher leaked. The main bathroom door wouldn’t close at all, the fan in the main bathroom doesn’t work.I contacted the host, told them the problems and that they could come by anytime. I never heard back from them. No one came by and the problems were still there when we left.

Hot water

Stayed at this property for 3 nights did not have hot water the 3 nights I showered. Something was in the air from the air conditioning my wife had an allergic reaction in the room. There was a lot of construction going on at the complex wasn’t mentioned at all prior to arrival.

Great location - needs better cleaning etc.

After a long day of travel we arrived and there was no blankets provided for the pullout bed (where our daughter was sleeping). We contacted the rental company and hours later they brought a throw blanket/decorative blanket. Needless to say the first night wasn’t comfortable for pullout sleeper. Rental company didn’t seem to care. Also contacted them during our stay to request some supplies (garbage bags, hand soap etc). They were not responsive to this at all - the guy my husband talked to just repeated over again that they only supply a ‘starter pack’ as per the rental agreement. This seems ridiculous that for a stay of 19 days that you are only supplied with 3 garbage bags - and there is a sign on the counter from the owners that the garbage needs to be taken out daily in order to control pests. So needless to say we purchased garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher blocks and hand soap (that was supposed to be supplied and never was). We also told the rental company that there was some mysterious brown marks on the bathroom door and the bedroom door (that we quickly lysoled off - gross), they were also not bothered by this because they asked if we had proof and had taken picture…really??? The condo itself is fine, the kitchen/baths have been redone but the furniture is old /tired and same for the decor. Bed is not bad but the pillows are terrible, we all had sore necks. Location is great and pool was nice. Stay again but make sure everything is properly in place.

The unit needs a facelift/TLC. Walls need to be painted (kinda grungy), shower door is unbalanced (left alone, both doors roll to one side), not effective when trying to shower. Photos/pictures missing from walls.There wasn’t any extra blankets for sofa bed. I was hoping to see plenty of beach tools/toys, not just a couple of beach chairs. There should be a set of snorkeling gear, noodles/inflatables for the pool, and for guests to use. I’ve been coming to Kamaole Sands for years and this is the first time that I felt could have went much better. Not to anyone’s surprise that I won’t return to this unit.
