Welcome to our Parker getaway — a beautifully furnished, family-friendly home designed for river days, desert rides, and relaxing evenings together. We may be a manufactured home, but guests consistently tell us the space feels surprisingly upscale, incredibly comfortable, and spotless — and our 5-star reviews reflect that.

We’re located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from everything you come to Parker for. Launch your boat in under a mile, ride UTVs straight out into the desert from the property, and enjoy quick access to dining, groceries, and local favorites — close to the action but peaceful when you’re ready to unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a luxurious king suite, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay easy and stress-free. Families love the Pack-N-Play, high chair, washer/dryer, and wide-open layout. Outside, enjoy our covered BBQ gazebo and 9-ft covered parking — perfect for trucks, boats, or UTVs.

This home is ideal for families, boaters, off-road adventurers, snowbirds, and multi-generational travel groups who want comfort, convenience, and a place that truly feels cared for.
