These two newly renovated homes combine to create the perfect family getaway. The main house features two bedrooms and two baths, while the open-concept studio casita offers a king bed plus additional space and comfort. The compound also boasts three inviting outdoor patios, perfect for relaxation. Both properties are adorned with contemporary art pieces and unique artisan finds, and according to our guests, they have the most comfortable beds you may ever sleep in! Park your cars in the three off street parking spaces behind the main house.



Spend time in the Santa Fe Railyard District, home to fine restaurants, galleries, boutiques, local spirits, craft beer breweries, and the farmers` market, or take a 13-minute walk to explore the historic Santa Fe Plaza.

This property was fantastic. interior and location We rented the main 2 bedroom house and the cottage in the back. Walked to the farmers market on Saturday. Dined at Andioma and Paloma, both an easy walk and amazing food. Also hit the brewery at the rail yards - Would stay here again in a heart beat!

I am a long time resident of Sant Fe having moved here from Los Angeles 35 years ago. I am a teacher, married, and mother of two and have loved raising our kids here in SF. My family and I love to travel and were introduced to short term rentals as guests. We have had many great experiences this way and have met wonderful people who opened their homes to us. Likewise, we are looking forward to sharing our love for our property and community with our guests.

His aesthetic nods to the traditional while being firmly rooted in modern minimalism. It is serenity and timelessness expressed in physical form, all while maintaining a sense of home and the highest degree of comfort.
