This unique home features three decks with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range. Pour a glass of wine while you take in the panorama view of spectacular sunsets. Enjoy the numerous hiking and biking trails as you head up toward the summit of the Santa Fe Ski Basin. Stop in at the famous Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa and Restaurant across the street for a great meal or relaxing massage.

The second-floor chef’s kitchen includes all new appliances and a dining room table set up for 8-10 guests. Relax and catch up after a long day of shopping, hiking, or skiing in the spacious living room with an attached deck.

PLEASE NOTE:

- When renting in the winter months, a four-wheel drive is mandatory to navigate the steep driveway.

- When outside, please do not leave the driveway and the decks. The hill is very steep and dangerous, especially for children.

- The owner provides complimentary snow plowing from 8am - 10pm every day. If it snows, you may not be able to enter/exit the home before 8am or after 10pm.Please make travel plans with this in mind.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
