Great location, house is comfortable and has everything you need. The only reason why we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the master bedroom is located directly near the front door & garage entrance. It's quite noisy when people are going in/out from your group. We were traveling with a baby so that was a big deal to us. The main part of the home is located on the 2nd floor.

Great location and very clean! Would highly recommend! Extra hangers were a nice touch and the pack n play which fit in the large walk in closet- super helpful! The folding table in the large walk in for our 85 yr old mother worked out well for her suitcase management.

Close to the beach, clean and beautifully renovated. Walking distance to anything you want. My only complaint is that we didnt stay longer!

Location Location Location!

This home was the perfect location for all amenities! We walked to the beach several times a day, Fashion Island, and up and down PCH. No need to drive anywhere, there is even a small Mother's Grocery and CVS a block away. The home is clean, modern and the communication was excellent! We only found 3 washcloths so management sent a package next day of new washcloths and toilet paper. We loved the 3 patios and the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy! The only CON is this is a noisy neighborhood in the mornings. Put white noise on your phone to drown out the street noise from 6-8 am. Other than that, it's quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Very nice, newly renovated property in a great location. Walk to the beach and many great shops and restaurants and a farmers market every Saturday morning! Manager is super responsive!

Always clean

I have stayed at multiple properties of these owners and every experience is wonderful. They are always welcoming and accommodating. Their properties are clean and have very comfortable beds.

Pleasant Stay with a few Quirks

Ran into a snag with communication where the property manager didn't respond to communications for over a week due to an email glitch on their end. Once communication was established via a phone call, they were responsive. * The home was easy to find, recently renovated and clean. * Maybe easy to miss in the listing, but there is no indoor dining space. With the weather we had, that was no problem, but something to keep in mind. * There were issues with the garage door and with the main bedroom's door to the outdoors. The former was addressed during our visit, but the latter was not. * The washing machine and dryer are in a separate, locked space. There is a key, but it's neither obvious nor mentioned in the check in materials. * The location is wonderful, with easy walking to restaurants and shops and only a slightly longer and steep walk to the beach.

Best CDM place by far

My daughters and I loved this house! The location was a 10. So close to the foot bridge and all the restaurants. Gulfstream is not to be missed! Gorgeous house and loved having 3 baths!! Thank you Mitch!

Great Place to Stay

The property was located next to a ton of very nice restraunts. About a a 15 minute walk to the beach. And abouta 30 minute walk to Balboa Island. We never had to get in our car. The property was perfect for 3 couples as everyone had their own bed and bath. It was extremely comfortable. I would recommend it if you are visting Newport Beach.
