The location two minutes from a great beach for the kids was wonderful. We also liked the great room with a large sofa, large dining table and kitchen island with room for all nine of our group.My complements to the cleaning staff. Everything spotless and well supplied.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!!

We stayed here with two families and couldn’t have been happier! The location near Balboa Pier was perfect—just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the ferry. So many activities for the kids too! The house is beautifully updated with stylish finishes, a gorgeous kitchen, and a new bathrooms. It was styled beautifully and SUPER clean - which I really appreciate. The beds were SO comfortable. I’ve never slept so good on a vacation before. The house was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.

Awesome place to stay in the Newport Beach/Balboa area. The house is located a couple blocks from the Balboa Island Ferry and Balboa Pier, so you can explore the marina and beach. The house is very clean and modern with a nice layout. There are stairs to get up to the unit for those who may have trouble with stairs. The open kitchen has a Thermador range and oven and is well stocked. The balcony areas have nice seating, including a balcony with nice views of the marina. The bedrooms were well appointed with very comfortable mattresses. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. There are also two bicycles in the garage that we used to ride down the boardwalk. Overall a great place to stay, it feels like you’re at a beach retreat!

Premium property in a great location

We had a lovely thanksgiving holiday here! The location was ideal to hop on the ferry to Catalina island, walk the beach and watch the surfers. Great restaurants abound and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to have a great meal in. We did all of those things and had a blast!

Family reunion

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 adults in town for an Aunt’s 90th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for us to comfortably enjoy our stay.
