Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our home away from home! It was updated beautifully and very comfortable. We loved the quiet location in the back, especially because we had our 2 shitzus. There was plenty of space and the unit had everything we needed. The only little thing was that we wished the refrigerator filter was changed as it said it was "overdue" so we just bought water and ice. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Helped immediately with the clogged A/C line. The grounds are beautiful and we loved that they put out umbrellas on the beach. You can really see a pride of ownership from everyone. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Sanibel Moorings is paradise and we will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well maintained. Laundry,Pool and grills were attended to daily. Rules at pool were once again updated as if trying to eliminate pool use. As for the unit plenty of cooking utensils, loved coffee maker. AC worked good. Loved the artwork, TV’s and beds were great . Master shower ceiling had paint and plaster pealing from ceiling. Living room couch needs to be replaced as you sink in hard to get up.Staff very accommodating on beach, towel exchange, housekeeping and grounds. Overall great stay and will return to Sanibel Moorings.

4-Weeks at 1631 Sanibel Moorings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying at various units on the Gulf side we stayed on the canal side for the first time. We found the canal view enjoyable and the atmosphere less noisy than the Gulf side. The unit is well appointed and freshly painted and the kitchen contained an extensive array of glassware. Although requiring a few more steps to the beach, the canal side offered similar conveniences such as grills, a laundry, and pool.

Excellent, Will be back!

From beginning, communication with property managers were great and check in was very easy! Property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Parking spots were assigned which was very helpful! Our condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The view and access to the canal and dock was pleasant and enjoyable! The pools were also well kept. They also provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was helpful! Would recommend and we will be staying here again.

Great location on a beautiful island

This was a great location with access to both beach and canal-side. The apartment was as advertised and had a good kitchen with newer appliances. I did ask a question before arriving (through VRBO) and didn’t get a response. But while we were there, they texted us twice to ask how our stay was going and if we needed anything. There are two pools and we ended up spending more time at the heated pools vs the beach (due to red tide). The beach chairs and umbrellas were included which has a huge bonus. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
