I highly recommend this condo! It was in the perfect location walking distance to the beach. Everything in it was brand new and I'm perfect working order. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He even have me suggestions for food and things to do in the area. I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Ken sent us the details we needed to check in and followed up to check on us. The condo was great and fit our needs. We were able to check in a little early on arrival day. If we go back to Sanibel we would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and quick access to the pool. Location is ideal for easy drives to anything on Sanibel /Csptiva. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Owner is quick to respond if there any questions.

The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. It was in a great location with an easy and short walk to the beach and a quick drive into an area with shops and restaurants. The owner was always available to assist and had items delivered via Amazon when I inquired about them. The owner provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels which were nice to have ready to go to enjoy the beach. We had a lovely stay in this Condo.

Great place! All you need for the family!

It was great! Had everything we needed for our stay. Was great for the little kids-our favorite thing was how close it was to the beach and the great pool! Everything was clean!

A great place to have a great time

This condo is perfectly situated for the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, and all the fun. It is comfortable, well supplied and furnished. The host was communicative and helpful. The whole stay was enjoyable and we will be back.

Beautiful retreat!

We had a wonderful time in this quiet oasis! We were lucky to have beautiful weather to enjoy the beach and pool and utilized the kitchen for dinner! Condo was clean and cozy and Ken was great to work with! We will definitely be back for a longer stay sometime soon!
