The Space:
Barefoot Bayou is a new build, professionally managed house located in Hogtown Bayou with quick access (0.6 mile) to Cessna Landing boat launch. Cessna Landing is also known for great fishing and sailing.

The house has a modern and warm feel while having great access to a nearby state park, beach and the many restaurants, shops, and attractions in the Santa Rosa Beach and 30A area. The house is near all that Destin and the other surrounding areas have to offer. Close enough for the activities of 30A and far enough away for seclusion (4 miles).

The house itself has all the conveniences of what you might find at home including WiFi (average download speeds of up to ~1 Gbps), flat-screen smart TVs for access to streaming services, and high-efficiency washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and a variety of new cookware.

There is a large patio with seating and a charcoal grill.

Full size garage with large driveway, space to park up to 35-foot boat. Large outdoor shower for sandy feet.

Please note that we do not offer refunds due to weather-related events or complications. Please be sure to purchase travel insurance for those situations.

Also, you must be 25 years old to book our property. Please contact us if you are close to that age requirement and would like to discuss options you may have to still book our property.

We have a strict No Smoking policy for the entire property.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the residence.
