This beautiful 7th floor direct oceanfront unit is located in The Ashley Condominium with a northeast exposure. The open floor plan offers magnificent panoramic views of the ocean, river and coastline. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and beach.

This unit is fully equipped with everything you would need including a full kitchen, large living room, washer and dryer in the unit, 2 oceanfront king suites and a 3rd guest bedroom with a full bath. The kitchen has bar seating for four plus a dining area open to the living room and a view to the ocean. Kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, cookware and more.

One oceanfront bedroom has a magnificent view from the king size bed plus a large walk-in closet, TV and full bath with dressing area. The second oceanfront bedroom also has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The third bedroom has two double beds, TV and full bath plus a view to the Halifax River.

The Ashley is a 20 story, direct oceanfront condo with a welcoming three story lobby, three elevators including a glass elevator. Amenities include an oceanfront, heated free-form swimming pool, 4th floor sunset deck, exercise room, sauna, game room, underground secure parking, penthouse clubroom and resident managers. The Ashley requires a two week minimum stay.

Such a perfect vacation

Everything you need is at the condo. Location was perfect. The views...breathtaking! The memories...priceless. I want this to be our new permanent vacation spot.

There is nothing me or my family didn’t enjoy. The unit was lovely just like being at the beach. Clean inside and out. Loved the beach and pool area which was always cared for. It’s was all and all a 10/10. Will definitely be back.

Excellent ❤️❤️❤️ We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The condo had all the amenities and the view was spectacular. Plenty of room to accommodate my entire family. Ages ranged from a 19 month old up to 70. Everyone had so much fun. Loved eating at The Garlic in New Smyrna. Highly recommend. Thank you for the us3 of your lovely condo.

Amazing views recommend

This was the first time I have used a vrbo and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Amy was wonderful to deal with from the start communicating everything and all questions I had. Once we got there everything was great. The views are amazing and check in was a breeze. If there was a problem Amy was great with communication and got the problem fixed very fast. Being able to park underground was great they have carts to help you get everything unloaded and up to the condo as well as being super helpful when going grocery shopping and not having to pack everything up by hand. Which there is a walmart just a few miles away on the state side as well another grocery store shore side. The pool was nice the kids enjoyed going down and spending time cooling off it is a little small but wasn't ever really busy so we never minded. Plus huge bonus was we could just walk to the beach and not have to worry about trying to park somewhere or find parking on the beach. There is a crab shack on the pier Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill just a short walk away that had amazing food and our waitress recommend a great sushi place that my kids said was the best sushi they have had ( we live in a small town in CO ) Cafe Du Japon check it out if your big in sushi wasn't over priced. If you stay here which I recommend , definitely enjoy early coffee on the balcony the view is so relaxing even at night it's just so beautiful. Amy has a good selection of cookware and lots of dishes. Although there was nothing I trusted my younger kids with I just got paper plates and cups that way they didn't break anything. I also had to move a few things that I was worried my littles would break from the coffee table and bookshelf. So if you have small kids do a little baby proofing before you let them loose. Since we drove and I didn't think of it before hand I had to run to Marshalls and picked up a foldable high chair wasn't expensive and worked great. There was 2 boogie boards, chairs, pool floaties and a little kid's floatie which was great for the pool and beach. I love how each room has there own bathroom and two rooms face ocean views. To sum it up if your looking for a get away that has space for everyone with views that melt you away then don't look anywhere else just book it. I hope in the future I will be able to come back to Florida and if I do hopefully be staying again. Everything was great and I can't be more happy with the stay.
