The deck alone makes this stay worth it. The home was perfect for our group, location is awesome. Amenities are on point as well. Definitely on my list of repeat stays!

Very cute home. Had all the essentials and extra thoughtful touches. The view and deck were the highlight!

Our stay was really pleasant and we very much enjoyed our location and lodging. It was so relaxing to sit on our patio and look out over the lake. It also was nice to be so close to Eureka Springs.If in the area again, we would definitely book here.

Great spot near Eureka Springs

Nice, cozy place that is a great jumping off point for Eureka Springs and the surrounding area. Great deck with a nice view of the river that is perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages.

A must-stay home for small groups.

It was the perfect place for me and my friends to stay a weekend. Its cozy, private & had everything we forgot to bring! Close to great shoping, hiking & more. 11/10 would love to stay again.

This was perfect for our family of 3. The home was so cozy and welcoming. And you couldn't beat the views. It was a little chilly when we came, so we didn't spend much time on the deck, but the large windows provided great views of the beautiful sunsets. The home was very well stocked with all the necessities and lots of "extras" too. Laura was a great host. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Eureka Springs.

This home is a great little place to stay on a beautiful lake with amazing views. It is important to know that if you are traveling with two couples, one bathroom is right off the kitchen with a sliding barn door that has smoked-glass windows in it and does not lock. It is a little uncomfortable, taking a shower or going to the bathroom when somebody is right on the other side of the barn door. The second bedroom is on a lower floor and you have to go down a very tight, winding staircase to get there. And this bedroom has no door so there is limited privacy. If you're all family, it's a great place! We really enjoyed our time on the deck, although it was extremely hot and sunny all day. We enjoyed our walks and seeing deer. The host was wonderful, letting us know about the fireworks show on July 2 which was right off of our deck.

Overall it was a good stay. When we first got there the back downstairs door would not lock. Called the owner and she felt the area was safe enough to leave the door as is. She did offer to drive the hour to lock the door if we wanted it locked, but of course we did not ask her to do that. My husband bought a pair of pliers and fixed the door. Other than that, the stay was very nice and the house was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. The view is spectacular!! I wouldn’t advise older couples to rent if they would need to utilize the second bedroom downstairs. The spiral staircase would be difficult for them to maneuver with suitcases and bags.

Thank you for your stay and for your kind comments regarding the spectacular view and well-stocked home. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit overall. Guest safety is very important to me, and when contacted regarding the downstairs door, I immediately offered to make the one-hour drive to the property to assist. Fortunately, the matter was quickly resolved and the remainder of the stay was enjoyable. For future guests, the home's layout and photos clearly show that the lower-level bedroom may be accessed by either the exterior staircase or the interior spiral staircase. Many guests prefer using the exterior stairs for luggage and convenience. Thank you again, and I'm pleased to hear you would happily stay again.
