Older style house was updated nicely on the inside. Original hardwood floors, downstairs shower was huge with lots of water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

The host was amazing, responded quickly and even decorated with lights and a tree for our cozy Christmas vacation! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would stay here again the next time I come back to Ohio to see family and friends. Awesome experience!

the house was partially renovated. The portions in the pictures online are accurate but what you dont see is the cheap shop rags that were provided for "wash clothes", the rotting wood on the eaves over the back porch, the unfinished room upstairs that doesn't have a door on it, the ants in the wood on the back porch that get into the house, and the sink in the downstairs bathroom that does drain.there is 1 tv only and the parking situation is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place as it is. It has potential, and if some of these issues are resolved, it could be a nicer place to stay.

The house was built in 1895 and had been wonderfully renovated. Very clean and fresh, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely appointed and decorated.

A Wonderful Stay!

What a lovely house and fabulous hosts - everything was absolutely delightful! Easy access to everything Newark has to offer: the Square is 5 minutes away, with plenty to eat and drink and enjoy. Highly recommended for anyone needing a spot in the heart of it all.
