House was modern and clean like shown in the pictures. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. There is no access to the hot tub from the back of the house. You have to walk out the front door, go around the side of the house, through the fence to the backyard to get to it. There were random people waking the neighborhood at all hours of the night and we were not comfortable going out to the hot tub after dark.

Adorable house….

This property was clean and recently updated. The beds were great and it is decorated nicely. The neighborhood was not the best and the neighbors were a little loud but not too late at night. Another suggestion would be to have a back exit to the hot tub and fire pit.

The house is new and everything looks nice but the house was not clean. I’m not sure who cleans the house for him. There was about 500 flies. All the windows were unlocked. The floors were dirty

Tiny Haven in Unlikely Place

The location was not in the best neighborhood but it was super close to the wonderful downtown. There were lots of things to do in a short driving distance. The house was adorable and very clean. I wish we had known the hot tub could not be accessed from the house. The keypad wasn’t working but when I called there was an immediate response and a quick solution. Communication was excellent. Overall my actual rating would be 4.5.

Perfect for what we needed!!!

First off the hats off to the design team on taking this house and making it a beautiful renovated property. The pictures completely match what you are getting! It is a house that will only fit 4 - very simple floor plan. Privacy fence is great, while the neighborhood is older and a bit run down, we did talk to the neighbors next door briefly and they were so very nice!!! They thought we had missed a delivery driver (DoorDash) and stopped us to make sure we had not ordered something and the driver missed us! Very very nice of them. One note, there is not a back door to the property so when going to the back yard you do need to walk from the front door, down a sidewalk to the gate - if using the hot tub bring a cover up just for that transition if you feel necessary - as you are walking the sidewalk to get back into the house. We had one question at check in and were able to call the management team to get an answer and they called us back within 5 mins. VERY ATTENTIVE, from the start. I had asked some questions regarding the property before and the response time was same day! Great communication, great renovation and property!!
