New Property Listing

Beautiful recently remodeled Cocoa Beach first floor condominium and new bathroom. Heated pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffle board and outside grills.

5 minute walk to Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and Dollar tree. Rental scooters close to Complex and easy to view all rocket launches from complex or walk to beach.

Condo is fully furnished with all your needs. 60 inch tv with cable and wifi. Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher and all dishes, pots and pans. Washer/dryer inside unit. All stay linens, towels, pots/pans, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc. are stored at condo.

Close to World Famous Ron Jon's, Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to many places. 1 hour from Disney World, Universal and Sea World. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Come enjoy the beautiful beaches with this condos private beach access.

Easy process and host is flexible with requests regarding check in and out. Condo has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable.

Awesome birthday trip

Had an awesome time at the Diplomat rooms. Everything we needed was super close and was away from the busy traffic that happens near the main intersection. The kids got to see multiple rocket launches and even got to see an airshow. Overall it was a great place and a fantastic family birthday trip.

Excellent stay!

The condo was lovely and comfortable, and very clean! Perfect location with private beach access and a pool, situated away from the crowds but within excellent driving distance of Cocoa Beach Pier and downtown Cocoa Beach. We saw a sea turtle laying eggs on the beach one night! We also booked an amazing kayaking tour with Cocoa Kayaking a short drive away. Would definitely recommend this location and would happily book again if (WHEN) we return to the area!

Just incredible. The condo was perfect and it took less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach. The host provided everything we could have needed and was so helpful anytime we asked.

Great communication! Very simple check in process! Close to the beach with gated access! A lot to do within walking distance!

Pros: The complex has direct beach access. The condo has 2 bedrooms and includes a washer/dryer. There is easy access to shopping and restaurants. Cons: The complex was built in the 60's and it shows. The kitchen and bathroom were updated in the condo but that was it. You can tell it's a rental, it needs a good deep cleaning. When we arrived the spare bedroom sheets had not been changed, they had sand, hair and dirt on them. The ad stated there was laundry detergent, soap and toiletries. There was one tide pod (which I used on the dirty sheets), one roll of toilet paper (for 3 people for an entire week), half a box of tissues, along with dollar store shampoo and conditioner. On top of that the unit smelled like cigarette smoke, since I have asthma I borrowed an air purifier from a family member that lives in the area otherwise we would not have been able to stay here. I did share all this information with the owner as well. She apologized and said she would speak to the cleaner (but made no effort to fix any of the issues). I purchased all the additional supplies myself at Walmart. For the price that we paid, I wasn't impressed.
