House was wonderful. Comfortable, warm, and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Would stay again anytime, except winter, no plow service when we were there.

The house was great. It had everything you would want and more! Kitchen had everything you need for making meals. Host supplied plenty of coffee pods for the keurig. Milk for coffee it was very considerate. The host left us a lovely gift basket. We are a family of nine that included three children, it was perfect. The house is a split level so we had to watch the youngest on the stairs . The host responded with a gate to help. Easy entry and checkout. Great location too! Spent a day at Bear Mountain state park and local water park. Thank you for letting us feel at home at this lovely house.

Everything was easy and as described for four stay for a family wedding at The Garrison. Great that our daughter and son-In-law could bring their dog.

Great location

The house was immaculate, spacious and a great location for our group of seven adults and a very active 2 year old. The lower level was perfect for him and his toys! We definitely would rent again

Charming Home in Cold Spring

We were six adults together for a family reunion. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a clean, comfortable home that we assumed had been where the owner had once lived. He responded in minutes if I had a question. There were food staples in the fridge (milk, eggs, orange juice, english miffins and a gift basket! There was a plentiful supply of Kurig’s coffee. It was very thoughtful and we were all impressed. I definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was a great property indoors and out! Big house with room for everyone and clean as can be! Outside decks for peaceful, quiet relaxation, yet close to route 9 and a great deli. The hosts were welcoming and made our vacation a special one!

Great accommodations

Property was in a great neighborhood, owner was incredibly easy to coordinate with before and during our stay. Will gladly book this again as needed for our trips in that area in the future.

Great space for a family weekend

The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and generous, even providing us with a welcome gift on arrival. The home was spotless, one of the best stocked and equipped kitchens I’ve seen, and three very nice outdoor sitting areas overlooking trees. The backyard area overlooking forest is beautiful as well. Our stay was outstanding and we would definitely recommend.
