The ultimate in stay and play Luxury awaits your large family. This home situated on a quiet Lake Catherine cove has everything you could want in a vacation home. Upstairs features an open concept kitchen with a coffee bar, living, dining area. All 4 bedrooms are on the main level. A hidden doorway takes you down to the mother of all game rooms! featuring a Pub, Library, a Grand Piano, Game Table, Card Table, Foosball Table, TV area with 3 sofa beds, and the Pool Table has its own room. Parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited in this neighborhood

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. The back yard and water access was so pretty. There was so much entertainment for the whole family. Best of all, the house was so clean!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

The welcome email gave us a great list of things close by, and we appreciated it so much. Rented the house for 13 people and we all had our own space. The game room was amazing and everyone found things they enjoyed. We took the kayaks out on the water and that was sooo nice! We also saw a deer in the backyard! S’mores around the fire looking out at the sun setting on the lake was the perfect way to end our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Retreat.

The house was AMAZING it had something for all ages to do, even our older parents in their late 70's had nature walks daily and our younger kiddos had a huge game room and the kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes and pans. It also has knee boards and khakis overall it was a great house for our family. It has lots of space so you don't feel crowded. And the lake is a walk away Thank you Jeff.

Roomy enough for all of us

We stayed during the 4th of July holiday. I was a little bummed that it was so hot out that we couldn't comfortably utilize the beautiful back yard. The house itself is very spacious and the kids loved the game room area. The pool was just a short drive down the road. One upstairs room seemed to be warmer than the rest of the rooms, but it was scorching out so I'd assume everyones A/Cs were working overtime that week. The house was ready for us upon arrival. Checking in was a breeze.

Good, but….

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with the basics for cooking, the hidden game room is an added bonus. My children enjoyed having space to romp around and explore outside. But…. the thermostat is set where you can’t change it. It was 74 degrees and stuffy at night in the master bed room. Some of the outdoor furniture on the lower level is rusty and unusable. There are wood screw laying around from where they may have recently replaced upper level porch boards. The hot tub water was too low to run the jets. After we filled it up it worked great, was clean and warm. I would stay here again if allowed to change the thermostat to meet my family’s comfort.
