Clean, modern, and bright with a great view

We had a great time in Charlottetown and in this condo hosted by Dan and Becky. It was spacious, clean with great views. We liked that everything was modern. It was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. It was within walking distance to just about everything we needed...especially espresso. If it was closer to Seattle we would be regular renters.

Terrific apartment and hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was centrally located, walk to town for bars and restaurants.

A beautiful condo in a wonderful location

If you want to spend time in PEI, this is the place to stay. The condo is beautifully appointed, with a very well equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. Becky and Dan are fabulous hosts and always ready to help. This was our second stay and each stay has been perfect.

Best VRBO Ever

The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful . The condo was beautifully designed, had all the amenities you would need, location was perfect, the view from the balcony was beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful property!

Dan & Becky have a wonderful property. Centrally located. Easy walk into town, great launching point for a drive to central, east or west PEI. Resident is immaculate with everything one would need during your stay. The view is easy to relax you, small harbor and during late summer and fall, cruise ships docking and coming and going are close to view from the porch. Great pre and post communications. Definitely one of the best.

Location, Views and comfort

Condo was very comfortable with a fantastic view. Parking included which is great during tourist season. Close to many restaurants but, as it is tourist season, prices were high. That said, that part is completely no fault of the owners. We’d def return!

A Prince of a Condo in Charlottetown

This property was as advertised and even better in person than the online photos suggested. The location is perfect, everything is within walkable distance, the building is quiet and all the amenities are high quality and made us feel very much at home. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Charlottetown.

Perfect PEI Headquarters

Becky and Dan were both very prompt with responses when we were considering their home and during the booking process. Check was great--in-person. Dan showed us the unit and provided great guidance regarding the location. The interior is clean, good looking and very efficient. The view is terrific. Great location.

Amazing!!

I don’t think there is a better location in Charlottetown than this amazing condo! We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the water, and such a short distance to shops and restaurants. We also got to see one of the huge cruise ships dock for the day. Fantastic property and fantastic hosts!

Beautifully appointed Penthouse. Excellent location with stunning waterfront views

Stunning views of Charlottetown Harbour from inside and large terrace. Unbeatable location from which to explore Charlottetown and all PEI has to offer. Everything exceeded expectations. One of the best vacations ever! Beautifully decorated and appointed. Very comfortable and clean! The hosts were fantastic! Highest possible recommendation!

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown- you can’t beat the location of this place and the views! The unit itself was extremely clean and well kept. The hosts were so thoughtful and offered a high chair and playpen for our 10 month old. Would definitely recommend!

Piece of paradise

Dan and Becky were the best hosts ever! The condo is out of this world! The balcony with the view of the harbor, the beds, the kitchen and the hugeeee shower!!! Everything was perfect!!! Most of what you would need is included!!! Reserve as fast as you can!

Condo at the Harbor

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. Has a drop dead view of Charlottetown harbour and incoming cruise ships. The hosts, Dan and Becky, we’re so gracious and responded very quickly to any enquires. The best all around vacation rental we’ve been too!

Beautiful Condo on the Waterfront

We loved everything about this property. The location is on the water and so close to restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Founders Food Hall for amazing salads at lunch. The seafood at the Water Prince Corner Shop was the best we had. The condo is bright, sunny and spotless with every amenity you could wish for. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time people watching and reading. We highly recommend Becky and Dan's property and hope to return again.

PEI adventures

My friend and I surprised our husbands ( who were both having big birthdays) by planning a golf get away to PEI. The condo on the harbour was perfect for us... . Central to all the great golf courses . Walking distance to downtown Charlottetown and a variety of restaurants . Very comfortably furnished . Well equipped for the nights we chose to cook for ourselves . A beautiful view of the harbour I’d highly recommend this condo to others!

Wonderful stay in Charlottetown

This was our second time staying at this condo and as usual the hosts (Becky and Dan) were fantastic and the condo was very clean with full amenities including coffee! Great views of the waterfront, marina and ships coming in. The condo is very quiet and neighbours are friendly. Best location in Charlottetown and easy to get out if you want to head to Cavendish or to eastern PEI for some site seeing. Will come back again in the fall or next summer.

Luxury Condo by the harbour

This is a beautiful large condo on the harbour front within short walking distance to downtown Charlottetown and many restaurants and stores. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We are Dan, Becky, Evelyn and Gilbert James. We own and operate Kindred Spirits Country Inn in the beautiful Cavendish, PEI. We have purchased this condo as our winter home and are making it available to rent from May-Oct while we enjoy life as Innkeepers in Cavendish.

We love to travel and have enjoyed many vacation rentals ourselves. We look forward to having the opportunity of hosting you as you come and explore our beautiful little Island!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with this property as soon as we walked in the door. There are not too many places still available to purchase in Charlottetown which have such gorgeous water views and yet are within such a short walk to downtown. We love the fact that it is right beside Confederation landing which means that the walk to Queen Street and University Avenue can mostly be along the water in a beautiful park setting.
