Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Fabulous Stay!

Overall, we loved this house. The street noise from the bedrooms can be a little loud but it was nothing that some ear plugs couldn't help. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our Birthday stay

Had a great time at this home. It is close to the road however my kids are older and we did not mind. Hosts answered all our questions fast. Cozy and comfortable!

Great Little Place

This farmhouse is old with rustic charm. The owners did a well job of fixing up the place. It was a perfect stay for our family and friends. However, the farmhouse is extremely close to a main road that the speed limit is 55 MPH, if you have litte ones

We stayed here for Parents Weekend and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The home has some really nice updates, very comfortable beds, and attractive bathrooms, and the owner was very responsive and kind when we reached out after our stay. Carol was unaware and was going to look into some things. Our biggest concern was a strong musty/mildew odor throughout the home. We also found visible mold under the bathroom sinks, and our family’s allergies were significantly aggravated during the stay. We found a few other maintenance and safety concerns as well, including very steep stairs with limited lighting, a soft area in the game room floor, very low water pressure in the downstairs shower, and a very steep driveway where our vehicle bottomed out. Stay to the left when pulling in! Becareful of on coming cars over the hill! We chose not to contact the owner during the weekend because we were there for Parents Weekend and wanted to focus on spending time with our daughter. After we reached out, the owner was understanding and said she would have the concerns inspected.The property has a lot of potential and some very nice improvements. I hope the issues we experienced are able to be addressed for future guests.

It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more.

Amazing location by the CASV park… right by a gas station too, which has snacks etc. the house was very clean and stocked quite nicely but it has a very damp moldy smell to it despite the cleanliness. I would be careful if you’re sensitive to that.
