1164 Beach Walker - Adorable oceanfront, just steps to the beach and pool!

This adorable condo is perfect for a family getaway. This community is very close to the Omni Hotel as well. There are a few steps from the parking lot to get to the front door, but once you are in, this unit is all on one level. The entire kitchen has been remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The living room and dining room are shared for open family entertainment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own bathroom. The master bath has a walk in shower and has also been newly renovated. There is also a back door that opens to the shared balcony with the second bedroom. In the second room, it is very spacious with 2 twin beds and access and view of the balcony as well. The second bath has a tub/shower combo.

The place has a feel of beach cottage and that's exactly what it is. It is about a 3 minute walk to the pool and the beach is just beyond that!

Come enjoy our beautiful sunrises on Amelia Island!

The condo was perfect for our stay to participate in Breakthrough T1D’s 2025 Amelia Island Ride to Cure. Spacious and well-appointed, 1164 was a convenient location relative to all of our cycling activities for the weekend. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and certainly would consider returning for future stays.

Very clean and an awesome location. Dedicated parking spot was great. Is much darker than the pictures. There’s just not a ton of natural light throughout. That wasn’t really a problem. The problem we had was that the sheets and towels had been washed with incredibly strong scented detergent. Kids had a skin reaction and I had really unpleasant allergic reaction. We had to wash everything twice with baking soda and free and clear before the smell was less noticeable. But never really went away. Just got better. It was caterpillar season too and there were literally thousands of them outside, and sometimes inside. Not their fault so it is what it is. We would probably stay again for the location alone, you can’t beat the beach here. Bring water shoes though because this side of the beach is probably 50’ of crushed shells which were very sharp. One kid cut their foot but it is what it is. That’s the beach.
