For security and to prevent unauthorized parties, please be aware there are two cameras on the property:
- Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door entrance
- Back facing backyard
-Noise monitor device

Pool/Spa Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 8-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature. Spa takes 45 minutes to 4 hours. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.

There is a charge for pool heating for $80 a day. Let me know if you’d like to add it to your stay.

There is a grill, but you would need to purchase your own propane. There are two empty propane tanks at the home that can be taken to ACE Hardware or Home Depot to refill for a cheaper price.

No smoking in the home at all, there is a charge for $500 for smoking fee.
