Excellent neighborhood and peaceful

First of all our host was super awesome and the apartment well equipped with all possible things you will ever need. It’s your home away from home. Thank you Claire for the welcome and being by far the best host I’ve had so far. I highly recommend this location.

Lovely apartment. Modern, comfortable and in a great location.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this unit and they love it. The space is spacious, modern and comfortable. Kitchen and both bathrooms are nicely renovated and the backyard with shaded deck is great. It's located on a quiet street, but is just half a block from food markets, good restaurants, and a train that goes straight downtown. I would highly recommend Claire's apartment to anybody visiting San Francisco

Great place!

This place worked out great for me and my friends. The place was very clean, spacious and even has a back deck. Great location off a relatively quiet street. Easy to get around to the different neighborhoods. And our host was very easy to get in touch with. All in all, highly recommend.

Fantastic, convenient location

The property is spotless and in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Claire went out of her way to accommodate us and our schedule with flights in & out of town. The property is easily accessible to public transportation. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great unit!

This unit was very nice and convenient to everything! Only issue is the parking which is not the owners issue. Claire is wonderful to work with. She will be willing to help in any way!

A contemporary home close to Noe Valley and 24th St.

I loved staying here with my two sisters. The house has everything you need and is so close to 24th street for restaurants and fun shopping. Our only suggestion is that we needed a place to hang our towels! We reused them the whole time we were there but could not find a place to hang them to dry. Otherwise, thank you so much for offering such a comfortable home!

Lovely property - spacious, sleek, modern. Great location - would recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this home. My husband and I and our two teenage boys had a great time exploring all the sights of San Francisco. This was a perfect base - far enough from the centre of the city to see life outside the tourist areas, but close enough that everything is in easy reach. We travelled everywhere on public transport - it was really easy & cheap to get around. The property is stunning - very sleek & modern and very clean. It has everything you will need for your stay. Claire was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean, all the needed anemities.

Claire was great with communication. The property is in a great neighborhood. There are some cafes as well as the muni J line within close walking distance. There is a tenant upstairs so some noise from footsteps and music. I would definitely rent again.

Great location in Noe Valley

Stayed here in April 2017 with my husband, 8 year old, and 2 year old. Apartment is in a great location in Noe Valley, San Francisco. Close to restaurants, parks, shops. The owner was helpful and very easy to be in touch with. The bathrooms were very clean, as was most of the apartment. The kitchen was clean and convenient - there were some spices and a few other staples provided, along with pots, plates, silverware, etc. The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there. It was great to have a washer/dryer for laundry. There are three bedrooms (1 with a twin bed and two with full/queen beds) however, unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable. That was our only complaint, albeit a big one. The only recommendation I would have would be for the owner to please update the mattresses. We would definitely stay here again when we come to San Francisco. The pros definitely outweighed the only con (the beds).

Great place for celebration of 30 years of friendship

Claire's home was a great place for our celebration of 30 years of friendship among 5 former students of French language at the famous Sorbonne University in Paris. 1 Greek, 1 Austrian, 1 German and 2 Americans met there for 4 days and all unanimously felt very, very well. Everything was fully equipped: 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms a big kitchen (1 bottle of wine for us!!!) and dining room. The lovely balcony and the charming little garden made us really feel at home. One of us who came on a big BMW motorbike was allowed to store it in the garage. The house is in a quiet street and very well connected to the public Transport, also Supermarket is round the Corner. The neighbour upstairs was also very friendly. In short: if we meet again in San Francisco we want to have exactly Clair's house again, this is a place of friendliness!!!

Cute Airy and Bright

Our stay was lovely in Noe Valley. Close to the transit system and many shops and restaurants. Just a 30 minute J ride to downtown where we were working. It was great. The upstairs neighbor was heavy footed, but it's not the space's fault for that. The kitchen was great and very modern. Claire was very kind and accommodating.

Lovely. modern light-filled apartment in a great location

I rented this apartment for visiting family and it was perfect for them. The apartment is modern and comfortable (the kitchen and bathrooms are especially nice) and my parents loved having access to the deck and yard. We chose this property because it was near our house, but I think the location would be ideal for anyone visiting SF. It's just a 1/2 block from the MUNI train (you can be downtown in under 20 minutes) and it's also just a 1/2 block from a great little food market and some really nice restaurants. My family has rented a number of different properties in the Noe Valley area and this has been one of the best deals based on price and quality. And Claire (the owner) was very responsive and made the rental process extremely smooth. I highly recommend this apartment.

Met all our needs and expectations

This was a perfect place for my wife, me, our daughter and son-on-law to spend a week while visiting my brother and his family. We loved staying in a real neighborhood where we could walk to stores, eateries, and transportation.The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Cleanm , renovated, and friendly owner!

The apartment has been renovated recently and had lots of modern touches. Unfortunately SF was cold when we visited but there's a cute backyard and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. Claire was flexible and easy to contact. I would definitely rent again for a long stay in the city.

Location, Location, Location

Claire, the homeowner, was super easy to work with as I had a few questions and revisions to my reservation from the time I made the reservation until our arrival. House was nice and clean. We used the microwave and coffee maker, but I cannot comment on kitchen supplies as I go by the "no cooking on vacation!" rule. House was close to J train, dog park, coffee house, and an easy walk to Noe Valley.

Hi! I am new to Home Away but have been renting on AirBnB for a couple years. I am originally from Maryland and my family and I bought this house shortly after I moved to San Francisco. We love the home. My dad frequently flies out to SF and stays here. We rent the home in the meantime.

The property is nestled in a lovely spot of Noe Valley/Glen Park. The street is quiet and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have the luxury of having a big back yard, which gets a lot of sun during the day. It is great for a small family, a couple friends, or a business work trip.
