** 4th of July 2026 will be a two week stay from 6/27/26-7/11/26 ** Built in 1937, Summersalt combines quintessential New England beach house charm with modern updates and fun, unique touches throughout. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need to cook at home, including a gas range, Instant Pot, crockpot and air fryer. Warm summer evenings invite cookouts on the grill and meals on the patio. With access to the private Lee Manor beach just a 2-3 minute walk away, you'll be able to soak up the sun from a lounge chair, swim in the gentle waves of the Long Island Sound and search for seashells along a private and pristine section of shoreline in Madison.

They love bringing their young family back to enjoy the beauty of the Long Island Sound during all seasons of the year -- summertime is always a favorite, but the serenity of the wintertime beaches draws them back time and time again!

Summersalt is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from I-95. With easy access to the Long Island Sound, you can take a stroll on the beach in the morning, paddle your kayak around the Madison shore by day, and watch the sunset in the evening. The nautical-themed bunk room, complete with portholes in the bunks and beanbags nestled into a reading corner, is a family favorite. Kids of all ages are delighted by the custom swings at the kitchen counter!
