Wedding Weekend!

The house fit our needs perfectly as we had a family wedding at the nearby hotel! Everything was extremely clean and well stocked! Patty was very, very helpful in assisting us and I highly recommend a stay at her home!

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. So many VRBO‘s lack warmth but this house felt like we were staying at the home of a friend. Everything you could think of was available at the house from detergent and extra toothpaste to beach chairs and bikes. The home is relaxing and inviting and the beds were comfy! The town is so cute and we enjoyed walking to Christy’s and the Wharf to eat -just a short block away. If you are visiting Yale, we found it to be an easy 25 min drive. Patty is an excellent host and great communicator. We will be back!

Family weekend

Family weekend rental. Lovely clean house with private garden and close beach access. Very enjoyable. House layout and location superb. Quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing weekend.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home

Our family stayed in this beautiful beach home for almost a week and it could not have been better! The home was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean, well stocked and just a beautiful interior. Communication with the owner was excellent - she is very informative & responsive. Location is great. In short… we had a fantastic time in this fantastic home!

Incredibly equipped convenient gem

We stayed for four nights with family for an end of summer getaway. There are four good size bedrooms and the sitting room off the master is a huge amount of additional space. In our case, this was a perfect area for our 9 month olds crib. The house came equipped with just about anything you could need and a grocery store is just minutes away in town! The beach is a very short walk and Surf Club beach is only about 1/2 mile. I recommend Christie’s, which is steps away, for breakfast! Overall, communication was great and a wonderful experience overall.

Great way to do graduation

I need a place for my family to stay for my son’s graduation from Yale in New Haven. We had been unimpressed by the hotels in New Haven and wanted. A place for the family to gather during the 4 day long graduation festivities. The house in Madison was great. It turned the graduation into a mini-vacation. The house was well appointed and very clean. It’s location was a short walk from the beach and close to two restaurants that made family meals easy and it was close to the interstate. It was only 25 minutes to campus which was very convenient. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for going to the beach and getting to town. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Madison, and would love to stay again.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

We had our wedding at the Madison Beach Hotel and need a spot close by for our home base. Patty’s house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with anything you needed. She was also the best host I’ve ever worked with. She left us a lovely note and a bottle of champagne for our wedding. Even after we checked out she was able to help us get something we left behind. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We definitely plan on returning to Patty’s home again in the future for another relaxing weekend.

Amazing house & location

My family had a wedding at the Madison Beach Hotel and the house was perfectly located by the hotel and the ocean. It was very clean and well stocked with paper products and toiletries. Patricia was extremely responsive and the check in/out process was seamless. I would definitely rent again!

Amazing location and house

Such a great rental! The house is amazing with so many added features. The location couldn't be better and Patty was a very responsive and helpful host. We rented the house for a friend's wedding in the area and wished we had more time to enjoy the beautiful house.

Stunning property for a small group

This house is gorgeous, roomy, great location, and perfect for a large group, with the one exception of a serious parking issue. We rented the house specifically to be able to host family for brunch the day after our daughters nearby wedding . I only learned of the parking restrictions a few days before our stay and at that point it was too late. I tried to find other parking options in the area but nothing was available. The parking challenge should be very clearly spelled out on the property description so as not to cause this last minute stress during an already stressful event. For a house this size larger groups should be expected and accommodations for cars are necessary. Otherwise, house is amazing!!

This property is by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. The owners were attentive, provided detailed instructions/information, and the home is impeccable! Absolutely loved everything from the furnishings and decor to the spectacular location and proximity to town and the beach. Cannot recommend this property enough!!!

Perfect Beach Rental

Not only is the home amazing for it's proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. but it was spotless and the furnishings and all of the special touches, like shampoo, soap, towels, etc were a pleasant surprise. . Patty was super easy to work with and absolutely the nicest hostess I have ever had the pleasure to rent from! A special loaf of homemade bread was left for us along with many beverages. This rental is superb!
