Take in incredible beach and Gulf views from your private, furnished balcony at this charming waterfront escape here in Panama City Beach! While you'll enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub right on-site, this property is also conveniently close to several local attractions, including five championship golf courses, a dozen scenic hiking and biking trails within Panama City Beach Conservation Park, and Pier Park for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Enjoy the sun, sand, and surf from this comfortable third-floor condo with a full kitchen for easy meal prep with new granite countertops (no dishwasher). There's an intimate, pub-height dining table and a sunlit living area with a plush sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

A shared laundry room is located right down the hall from this condo to keep your swimsuits and towels bright and clean.

Things to Know
This home has two flights of stairs to access the house; no elevator is available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Third floor no elevator, I’m old. The giant vase that is the base of the dining table is very abrasive, it’s a nice coral design but it scratched my knee. The handle to the shower fell off as soon as I touched it, yep, hit my toe. The toilet takes about 15 minutes to refill after a flush. The water pressure is very low also. There is no room around the bed. There’s damage to the kitchen wall, I photographed it as soon as we walked in. The loft with no access is weird, kinda creepy. Without two fans running the bedroom gets hot at night. The pool and hot tub were closed all day Wednesday.

The location is what you're paying for here. Don't expect anything more. Its a dated hotel/motel turned into individual units and your experience will depend entirely on the willingness of the homeowner to provide the means for a good experience or your willingness to ignore their shortcomings.

Beautiful beach access but missing some essentials

The condo was clean, just as described, and in a fantastic location—right on the beach with easy access to Pier Park and a less crowded stretch of sand, which we loved.However, we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan didn’t work, and the roads were noisy at night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hot tub also wasn’t working during our stay.Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the comfort and missing amenities took away from the experience.

Perfect for our needs

The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband, our 2 dogs, and I. It's very comfortable, and clean. The decor is great as well. There is also a place to walk your dogs on the right side of the building for Ambassador pets, which is very convenient. My husband and I will definitely be booking here again

Overall just what we needed.

It was quint and convenient. A few issues door lock broke but was fixed next day. We couldn’t leave the room nor our dogs so we had to wait so we had to cancel scheduled plans. No parasailing this trip maybe next. The shower constantly leaks and tub fills with standing water while showering. Bring extra toilet paper. It’s not the best and only 2 small rolls. Vacasa compensated for lost time with lock , dirty sheets , and no laundry detergent that they say they provide. Guess they forgot. It happens. No problem Walmart is close by. Need help you’re better off to call than to text. Overall our stay was great and Vacasa was helpful.

This is an older condominium but well worth it since it was directly on the beach with a wonderful beach view. It was quiet and dog-friendly.

Excellent Stay

We loved the location. Even my handicapped mom was able to walk to what was needed. The chair rentals were very budget friendly. The decor in our room was my favorite. Could use a little more bedding. But it was an awesome stay.

Good if you are not disabled or has a difficult time getting around

The view was excellent. The bed was good. All the amenities were good. The problem was that there was no elevator in the building, and there was a VERY steep set of stairs, almost as steep as a ladder, to get to the main bedroom. That is OK if you are agile and no joint or leg problems.
