Great location, comfortable beds and great back yard. It is an older home but has been well maintained. One item to note is that the washer and dryer are in the basement which is accessed via some very steep stairs. Window A/C units keep the home cool and provide great white noise for a wonderful nights sleep.

Lovely home in Sag Harbor

We stayed for a week with 3 year old. Lovely home in quiet neighborhood close to everything, including the town, Long Beach, and the rest of the Hamptons. Brand new A/C units were great for summer. Audrey was very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice place, slightly old but not too much. It was a little too hot when we entered but after turning on the AC for hours, it was fine. The overall place is clean and the neighborhood is safe!

Prime location in Sag Harbor

A few minute walk and you’re right on Main Street in Sag Harbor. Spacious home, clean and comfortable with free driveway parking. Would stay again!

Mom and daughter birthday weekend

Adult daughters and mom gathered to celebrate a 30th birthday. Great location, cute quiet, street, and walkable to downtown Sag Harbor and very easy drive to other Hampton sites. Would recommend. While we did not use the kitchen it was fully equipped if anyone wanted to.

Very nice house in a great area - quiet no-through road, very easy walk into town. Comfortable sofas and bed, large screen tv with Netflix/Prime etc, fully equipped kitchen, small enclosed garden with outdoor furniture - PERFECT! Would definitely book again!

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to town for restaurants, shops, and waterfront. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay inSagHarbor

It was wonderful, but a few glitches which we left a note for the owner I.e. fan not working, AC’s should be checked , but overall a wonderful lovely home!

What a place Sag Harbor is , coming from Scotland we had no idea how buzzy a place this was , we wanted to experience the Hamptons and what a base to choose, it was a great choice. The property was comfortable , slightly dated but had all we needed and only 5 mins walk from the centre of town

Great location!

The property is exactly as described. Excellent location on a lovely street. It was nice to be close to town. Sag Harbor has a great Main Street, and we didn't need to worry about driving/parking.
