We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The property was perfect, it’s a shame we were so busy in the parks and didn’t get to spend more time there. The photos don’t do the property justice, exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a great location, was incredibly spacious and well laid out, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The pool area was amazing, including a rest room outdoors to avoid wet swimmers walking through the house. We had 8 guests and all were comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The game room is a huge bonus. Very well done.

There was something for all ages. My todddlers favorite thing was the pool. Manager was super nice and helped with every single question we had. Definitely will keep this house in mind for future stays.

I has a wonderful stay with my family. The location was convenient, not far from shopping and dining options. The house is situated in a gated community, which is quiet and offers amenities perfect for a familyvacation. I highly recommend this home for a safe family getaway. Amazing Family-Friendly Stay Near Orlando!We had a wonderful stay at this home in Davenport and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The location was perfect—close enough to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping, while still being in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood that felt safe and relaxing.The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The layout was perfect for families, with ample space for both gathering together and enjoying some privacy. My family and I especially enjoyed playing Blokus for our game nights but there were many games to choose from! One of my favorite features was the luxurious bathtub—it felt like having a spa right in the home! After long days exploring the parks and attractions, it was the perfect place to unwind and relax.The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and ideal for families. We appreciated how convenient the location was for getting to Orlando while still enjoying a more peaceful setting away from the crowds.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you to the host for providing such a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable home away from home! We will definitely be back to Eric’s home if we are in the area!

Not sure why the guest only left four-star review instead of five. When I inquired he said he thought he left a 5 star review but I’ve learned Some people feel like a five star review is unattainable as perfection is not possible, but I can tell you, there’s no one that cares more about providing a Great Place and Great service to each and everyone of our guests and we will continue to do so.

Our goal is to make sure that all of our guests that stay here enjoy it as much as we do when we come down.
As you can see from our 5 Star reviews, people really have a wonderful time while they’re here and we know you will too.

Gated and Beautiful subdivision only 1/2 mile from a beautiful park and It’s near great restaurants, golfing, shopping, grocery stores, walmart, and only 15 min to Disney.
And if you don’t wanna drive, you can take an Uber or Lyft as they are very reasonable in price.
The food is amazing, we’ve eaten at authentic Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and many others all within 2 to 4 miles. Starbucks is just 1 mile away (there’s actually about three Starbucks within 2 to 3 miles) as well as many other shopping stores. It’s really the perfect place and being on highway 27 it is a 6 way highway, 3 roads going south and north so traffic is usually light and easy to get to these great restaurants and grocery stores. The main Grocery store, other than Walmart, is Publix, and it is just over a half mile away. Tons of stuff to do. We think you will Love it as much as we do.

This gated community is really unique in the fact that all the homes have a large Gorgeous tree in the front yard as well as other palm trees and smaller trees around which enhances the aesthetics and beauty of the area.
The fact that it is a gated community increases the safety that you feel being in the subdivision. Whether its Grocery stores, Restaurants, or just about anything else you need, it nice to know its only a short distance to get to them. Not to mention Disney and it's parks are all very close, whether driving or using Uber or Lyft to get around.
