Our stay with Jason was a great experience! Easy check-in and the house was clean and cozy! We could walk to different activities and restaurants. We had everything we needed and we felt very safe in the neighborhood!! I recommend this property and Jason was always quick to get back to us!

The house was clean. Everything was in place and in order there were plenty of blankets. There were perfect instructions on how to check out. It was easy to check in. The host was very responsive. Parking was easy. The location was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet.

Fun weekend in Richmond! Location was good for our activities. Not as close to the family we were visiting as we had originally thought, but definitely close to fun activities like walking and biking. Close to cafes and restaurants too. Would book again! Thanks!!

Location was great, close to our daughter. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate our family. Off street parking was nice but we arrived after dark and thought the ally beside the house was our driveway and parked in it. The next morning we saw there is a gravel area between the ally and the house that we were supposed to park in. We feel bad for blocking the ally that night. Jason was a great host, responding quickly to any questions we had.

Richmond Christmas Stay

The house and location were great. The location in one road over from Monument Ave and walking distance to Cary Street. The house had parking next to it and it was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Comfy Stay

I came into Richmond with my daughter in law to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter who lives here now. We loved staying in this house. It was very comfortable and just doors down from my daughter. We will definitely rent again. The host was very nice and helpful, easy to deal with!!!

Quaint home in a great location

We were visiting our daughter in RVA and this home was conveniently located in the Fan District. We found the home to be small but well maintained and comfortable. The location was quiet, and there was off-street parking next to the home which is helpful as the streets in this area do fill up with residents vehicles. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.
