Charming house in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, Libby and Grove shopping and restaurants, Willow Lawn shopping center, the VMFA, Country Club of Virginia, St. Catherine's and St. Christopher's Schools, less than 2 miles from the James River. Pet-friendly with a sunny and fully-fenced backyard and only a few blocks from Westwood Park. First floor bedroom and full bath and two more bedrooms and a second full bath upstairs. Lovely backyard terrace with fire pit and grill for leisurely afternoons or cocktails.

The entire house is available to guests.
Other things to note
Generac generator provides backup power to the entire house automatically.

This is a very comfortable for home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great experience at Clyde’s house and will stay there again, if in the area. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay here with my senior mother, my husband, our kids, and our dog. The location was perfect, the yard was huge (our pup loved chasing the ball out there!), and the house was so thoughtfully stocked- it truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Communication with Claude was excellent throughout, which made everything smooth and easy. We really appreciated all the care that went into making this such a welcoming space, and we’d love to rent here again!

Great stay off Libby Ave

Great location, easy check-in, clean, great house with a large yard made our stay in Richmond so memorable. Clyde has a wonderful house & is an incredibly attentive host. I’d definitely stay here again.

Just like home

Everything was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our dog loved the backyard. The screened-in porch was also a great place to relax. Some rentals feel a bit sterile, but this one felt just like home. Thank you!

Wonderful Location For Exploring RVA

This classic Cape Cod is centrally located between West Broad Street and Monument Avenue in a quiet, charming neighborhood, allowing easy access to both the West End and Downtown. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and a working office. The best part was the pet friendly fenced yard with new patio and fireplace. Owner was wonderful to work with. Would stay again!

It's pretty, quiet and close to everything I like in Richmond. Going out to dinner at many nearby eateries is a breeze. Talking a walk in the friendly neighborhood is a great way to end the day. It's a wonderful location!

I have a beautiful, level, sunny, fully-fenced backyard with a pretty terrace. I love to use my grill and eat outside on nice evenings, and sit in my Adirondack chairs around the fire pit with friends on cooler evenings.
