✹For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
✹Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✹Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.
-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
-This property is located within a community that requires the registration of guests and vehicles for entry and access to amenities. While we will never ask for your ID, please note that upon arrival at the community gates or welcome center, staff/security may request to see IDs for validation purposes.
