Perfect location
This was a family vacation to DC. This was the perfect location as it was 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do! The house was perfect for our needs - enough room for everyone to spread out and the children had their own space in the basement which they loved.
There were a couple of drawbacks. The couch leg was broken and we had to prop it up with some bricks from the yard. When I contacted the property manager I was told they knew about it and a new couch had been ordered. The new couch did not get there until the day before we left.
I had read some previous reviews and they had said there were not many supplies and they were right! Even basic supplies such as salt and pepper were not in the kitchen. If you plan on doing any cooking at all, make sure you bring everything you need! Additional paper towels and toilet paper, too!
The manager did leave a bottle wine and some snacks and that was a nice touch.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again - we would just be more prepared with items we may need (such as a corkscrew!).
