Relax and recharge in your beautifully appointed condo, located in one of several charming sections of Ocean Ridge: Bay Point, Marsh Point I & II, Sea Oaks, Sea Palms, or The Village at Edisto. Whether you're here for a beach retreat or family getaway, you'll have all the comforts of home in a peaceful island setting.

Suites with BAY or LAGOON views are EXTREMLY limited; most suites have GARDEN VIEWS.
Suites are elevated with one or two flights of stairs outside, many with additional stairs inside
Number of suites with elevators is extremely limited.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Resort is campus like; a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area

Edisto Island has a grocery store (within 3 miles), six restaurants, sandwich shops and several specialty shops

Some associations do not allow motorcycle, golf cart or trailer access. Please contact the resort for more information.

Other Things to Note:
The resort will be undergoing interior and exterior renovation from Mar. 17, 2025 - Jul. 14, 2025. During this time, the Bay Point Association will be impacted, which include windows, doors, rear decks and full exterior replacement. Additionally, noise, dust, odor, and work crew on site may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Oct. 22, 2025 - Dec. 22, 2025. During this time, Marsh Point I & II association will be impacted. Additionally, noise, dust, odor, and work crew on site may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
