For clarity, our listing does note: "Units with BAY or LAGOON views are EXTREMELY limited; most suites have GARDEN VIEWS." For future guests reading, our listings do note: "Suites are elevated with one or two flights of stairs outside, many with additional stairs inside. While we’re glad to hear you appreciated the our communication and enjoyed the golf course views, wildlife sightings, and proximity to the beach, the concerns you raised — especially regarding pests and cleanliness — are absolutely not the standard we strive to maintain. You’re right that the proximity to water does make it harder to keep bugs at bay. We take your feedback seriously and have already alerted our onsite team to address the pest issue and inspect the specific unit you stayed in. We also appreciate you mentioning the maintenance issue with the drawer — it may seem small, but details like that do matter, and we’ll get it corrected.
