From fitness to entertainment, there's something for everyone at this desert home, beautifully situated among palms, cacti, and orange trees in Sun City. Spend your mornings doing yoga in the home studio, your afternoons swimming in the backyard pool, and your evenings dining alfresco beneath starry skies.

This single-level home is located in a 55+ (at least one guest) community of Sun City, a setting that's wonderful for snowbirds and sun-seekers of all stripes. Two adult-size bikes are even provided for getting around the neighborhood. You'll be within a mile or two of several excellent golf courses, and an easy five-mile drive from Mariners and Padres Spring Training games at Peoria Sports Complex.

One of the special features of this home is its fitness setup. Not only is there a yoga studio overlooking the backyard, but the adjacent screened porch offers weights for your morning workouts.

Take daily dips in the pool, and sit down with a good book or a great meal in cushioned backyard seating in both sun and shade. Inside, you'll have a washer/dryer for your swimsuits, central air conditioning to keep you cool, and a colorful, open floor plan for easy gathering. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a dual oven and a built-in microwave) and such bonus features as two coffee makers and an ice maker. Enjoy smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with a bidet) to pair with the two bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
