Enjoy the Caribbean in a central location. The apartment is cozy and is located in an emblematic area in the heart of Santurce. This place is in one of the most popular areas of San Juan, near it you can find and enjoy a unique gastronomy in many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is less than 15 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes away from restaurants or pharmacies.

I am available to answer all your questions at any time. I love sharing the info I have and make sure you love my island and my place the way I do.

Santurce is known for its vibrant art scene (murals and museums), night life, authentic Puerto Rican food, and urban vibe

Start with breakfast or brunch on Calle Loiza, then take your time exploring the murals and shops.

Next head to the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico. Don't forget to visit the gorgeous sculpture botanical garden before leaving.

Join the crowds at La Placita for drinks and dancing in the streets, then finish the night with a cocktail at nearby La Penúltima.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. If you book and decide to cancel, our payment processor, Stripe, won't refund their fee of 3.90% plus .30cents. This doesn't apply to Airbnb.

It's the whole apartment. One bedroom, a living room, dining room, one bathroom and a kitchen. Also, you have a beautiful patio to relax and enjoy. Lay down in the cute hammock while staring at the beautiful blue skies. This apartment counts with a water cistern and power generator in case the power goes out.

Santurce is very walkable (especially along Calle Loiza), although it's spread out. You may need to stop for a few cool drinks or cocktails along the way. At night, I'd recommend taking an Uber if you'll be walking more than a few blocks. And parking can be really tight in Santurce, so leave your car behind or park it in a garage.

Distance to the Airport or Old San Juan is 8-10 minutes. You can also walk 15 to Ocean Park Beach.

Great property

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it!! The space was super cute and i loved the tall ceilings. It was a very walkable area. We stayed during the week so we always had a parking spot very close to the door (street parking) When we come back we will for sure try to book here first.

Super convenient and clean

Needed a place to stay over the fire jumping on a cruise ship the next day. This place got the bill perfectly. Super clean, excellent communication and easy check-in. Only complaint is the pillows sucked...would definitely stay gains alhere agaian

Delighted with first impressionalthough difficult to find at first. A map would be nice. A few hiccups but the highlight was the direct and immediate communication with my contact person, Ingrid. The best I've ever encountered. It was too hot to enjoy the energy of the area, but the time I did, was a taste of the true local flavor! Can't wait to go back!&
