The large pool offers plenty of room to float or sit and sip your favorite cool beverages at the margarita table while enjoying the warmth of the sun. This large backyard offers multiple gathering areas to be with friends and family or enjoy those special occasions under the stars in this great backyard! Guests have access to the entire home, except the garage, parking is in the driveway and alongside the house. Close to the lake and the beautiful Havasu Riviera State Park or Cat Tail Cove launch ramps, the Famous London Bridge is not far, shopping, restaurants and the open desert are super close. Bring your toys, Havasu offers lots of space to enjoy the great outdoors! This home has what you need for a great relaxing vacation spot, come stay, play and relax at Yavapai!

We offer a large yard with several gathering spaces for family and friends to hang out, enjoying each others company while cooking on the BBQ, and this all surrounds the beautiful blue pool for your fun and enjoyment. But wait, for those quiet moments, in the evening, under the stars, the hot tub lets you rest, relax and recoup from a fun busy day on the lake!
