Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home! You will enjoy a spacious open concept layout with comfortable furnishings. Invite your family for a home away from home experience. Less than 10 minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, golf, movies, shops and grocery stores.

You can relax on the couch or take in the sun in the back yard. The home is furnished to sleep 8 comfortably, including 2 bunk beds, one queen bed, full size bed and a pull out couch bed. The dining table can seat 8 people and we have additional bar seating.
Enjoy entertainment outside with the 50 inch smart TV and BBQ Grill.

Bible Study Retreat

This was a perfect spot! The house was large enough for all 7 of us to be in comfortably, and we especially appreciated the large dining table so that we could all eat together. Heather was very communicative and helpful. Also a well-stocked kitchen, which was fantastic!

Great place to stay

This is a very nice property. Four of us stayed there for a month. There is plenty of room and has all amenities needed. The owner is excellent and was available to us at any time.

Great place - clean and comfy

Great place. The owner was easy to work with, check in process was easy, and we especially liked the bunk beds for the kids. Would recommend.

Great property and great communication

We rented the property for a few of our employees to stay and we have zero complaints. The property was in a great location and very clean. Great communication with the owners and they were always quick to respond.

Havasu Birthday weekend

Rented for 3 night stay for my son’s 23rd Birthday. Heather was a delight to deal with about the rental and any issues. We didn’t have any problems the House was comfy and and Clean perfect for our stay. We had a great time. I will definitely be returning again. Heather was just a text away with any concerns. There wasn’t. Thanks Heather.

Great home and host

Heather is very nice, promp and very flexible. She is very polite and her property is beautiful. It is located very close to the river. The home is maintained and it has everything one can need. It is clean, confortable and very suitable for a family and friends. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Heather.
