Wonderful time

The house was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. Dayna was fast to respond and very helpful! Our family had a fantastic time! The kids loved the pool! Thank you for everything Dayna!

Time with Family

The property was great for my family, We enjoyed driving through the neighborhood. Google maps took us in every direction possible. close to stores and not too far from the water. We had a great time.

Great house and pool. Close to golf and beaches. Weather was tremendous, much better than the snow we came from.

Pool House

The home was perfect in every way. Enjoyed the backyard and pool, and the indoor space was very clean and comfortable. Working with Dayna was great, and we hope to be back again.

Condition of property

Toilet seats are old and damaged- a health issue veey dirty. Master double doors exit to outside were unlocked and not secure and difficult to lock. The front door were the door knob hits the wall is has a hole. Missing light bulbs in master bathroom all ceiling fans have wrong wattage. master bathroom toilet runs constantly. The patio table has all of the edges broken. The double gate to back yard unsecured. The front security almost impossible to latch. We have taken pictures of all upon arrival.

Great Getaway!!

The property was perfect for my family and me. It was spotless, we had everything we needed. Our property contact was easy to get ahold of whenever we needed her. What a perfect quick summer getaway.

Great place to stay!

Had a great trip with my husband to visit my family in Lake Havesu. Pool and hot tub were amazing and completely made the trip. Everything was clean and we didn't have to worry about anything breaking. The bed in the master was stiff but we have certainly slept on worse. However it was very hot so we were in the pool majority of the time and had a blast.

We’ll be back!

We were very happy with the house. Clean and organized, communication was good, pool and spa worked great. Nice to have a washer dryer available. Very pleased with our stay.

Winter getaway

Our 3 month stay was so enjoyable. The house was spacious clean and well stocked. The pool area was much used for relaxing, BBQ, and hot tubbing. Railings for pool and hot tub would be nice. Dayna is so easy to work with, she is so helpful. Look forward to next year.

Great space, immaculately cared for

We used this home for a group of parents for a long weekend. The home was perfect. The space was extremely well used. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. There was not a single item we needed to leave the house for. It was such a luxury to be 10 minutes from the lake, and run back and forth easily. It was also great to be able to come back at the end of the day, sit in a beautiful pool that we didn’t need to fight the public for, light up the BBQ so we didn’t need to leave for dinner, have drinks we didn’t go pay $6 apiece for, roll into bed and do it all again the next day. Speaking of the beds, I actually peeled off sheets to check the brand because they were so comfortable. I got to wash all my clothes before we left to avoid the back-from-vacation heap of laundry. The rooms were huge. We will definitely stay again and probably bring the kids because there is so much room.

Snow birds getaway

A great property for a get-away

We really enjoyed this property. Very clean, which is always the No. 1 thing we look for when booking. This home is quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Backyard pool area is very nice and secluded. Dayne was terrific to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you, Dayne.
