The Hiouchi House with Hot Tub

Welcome to the recently built Hiouchi Home located off of North Bank and near the beautiful Smith River. This home offers 5 bedrooms that can easily sleep 16+ people with king size beds, triple bunks, and pull outs. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the back patio which boasts outdoor furniture, BBQ and a large hot tub. Ample parking with an oversized garage and large driveway. This home is located 3 miles to Jed Smith Park and many other redwood state parks and is an 11 mile drive to Crescent City.

Our home is located in a community water district, while we understand water is a necessity we ask to please conserve water when possible.

We have traveled to Crescent City many times over the past few years, this is our new favorite find! Plenty of room for our group to spread out as needed, and plenty of room to spend time together as well. Property was beautiful inside and out, it was perfect for our large family.

Beautiful home in a Perfect Location.

The Hiouchi house was exactly what we needed. Perfect home with loads of space and a great layout. Loads of storage for a large group. Great location close to town and the Redwoods, but far enough out that you felt a little secluded (in a good way).

Fantastic stay for our family! The only things that could be improved upon are the two white sofas in the main living space. They were extremely uncomfortable and hard to get out of. Other than that, everything was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was so nice and clean.

Short Visit to the Redwoods

Very nice newer home. Clearly set up for large groups. All of the adult beds are the same. The mattresses are fairly soft which is what I needed. Everything was in working order and looked great.

Amazing House!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Not only was it beautiful but also comfortable. Comfortable beds, cozy linens, well appointed kitchen, and room for our large group. Conveniently located near many parks, trails, and Crescent City. Can’t recommend this home enough!

Really Nice place!

The house was immaculate and really decorated nicely. Everything we was there, including a kit to make s’mores over the outdoor fire pit. Didn’t get a chance to use the Jacuzzi Billet was there and warmed up. All great kitchen utensils, and everything you need prepare every morning. Great location tucked away on a quiet street, but yet close to all the great attractions Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Perfect for all family sizes

My husband and I, Grandma and Grandpa, reserved this home for our annual family vacation. This year was the Redwoods and Oregan Coast. The location of this home is perfect. Within a 1/2 of both experiences. The home has several bedroom configurations that allowed the teenagers to stay upstairs, with their own amenities, while the adults and 5 yr. old had comfortable quarters downstairs. Lots of linens, beds are very comfortable.This home was perfect for the 5 yr. old with all sorts of toys she totally loved. Lots of seating for breakfasts and dinner. Televisions in every bedroom and living space. Everything is updated and clean. We have been reserving VRBO homes since 2018, and this home is by far the best experience we have had. Thank you Ben!!!

Beautifully Nestled Home

This house is beautifully nestled among the redwoods and close to a gorgeous river. It is perfect for a large family to rent when visiting the Prairie Creek and Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Parks (and beautiful drive to Klamath River, Fern Canyon, and Del Norte). It is also close to needed shopping and restaurants in Crescent City. The large home has a beautifully modern farmhouse style with all the amenities, and also feels comfy for a family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed resting and relaxing after a long day of hikes. We also enjoyed cooking in the contemporary and well stocked kitchen. This house is definitely on our “saved list” for the next time we visit the redwoods.
