Welcome to the Sedona Trailhead Suites A, a newly remodeled wheelchair-accessible condo in West Sedona! With direct trailhead access to Carroll Canyon Trailhead and close proximity to popular attractions, shopping, and dining, this property is perfect for adventure enthusiasts and those looking to explore the beauty of Sedona year-round. Enjoy breathtaking hikes and exhilarating bike rides with direct access to trails right from your doorstep. Whether it's the vibrant colors of fall, the mild winters, the blooming springs, or the sunny summers, this home is an ideal retreat for every season and a haven for biking groups. This unit is located in Sedona's Commercial District.

The Suite is a 2-minute walk from Sunset Park, which features a seasonal splash pad, 2 tennis courts, basketball and pickleball courts, and a 1/10-mile trail to the Coconino National Forest. The park offers 2 free EV charging stations (4-hour limit) and is open 24 hours.



This first floor cozy condo spans 685 square feet and offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests.



Guests are welcomed through the property's front door, opening into a spacious main living area combining the living room, dining, and kitchen spaces.



Living Room: Unwind in the comfortable ambiance of our living room, featuring leather sofa seating, a Smart TV, and the warmth of an electric fireplace.



Kitchen: The fully remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal.



Dining Area: Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 3.

Our stay here was great. Our apartment was in a great location for finding food and fun! The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we would ever need. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens were very soft. The shower was large and beautifully tiled. The provided a parking pass to all the parking lots at the trailheads and we had access to books regarding hiking in Sedona and information about the vortexes. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Kitchen was modern and stocked with everything you need. Only issue was ice maker did not appear to be working. Bathroom with walk in shower was great. King size bed was very comfortable.

Great location and exceptionally clean

Loved this location. The entrance to many trail options is literally a few steps from the front door. The unit was exceptionally clean - probably the cleanest we have stayed at.

The place was spotless and all the amenities were great - kitchen was excellent and so was the shower and bed. There are some trails that start right outside the door and several restaurants and coffee shops are right up the road. The only thing that I would like to see is an outdoor space to sit and have coffee.

Great little getaway for our anniversary. The one and only reason it didn’t get 5 stars overall was because the bed is very hard. Neither my wife or I slept well either night. A topper would be a great investment.

The location and place was very good. However, I wished the host was more responsive. Our washing machine leaked during our stay and the issue was not resolved in spite of multiple messages. We also requested for an extra bed which we never got. It would’ve been nice if the owner was more responsive and proactive with making sure the stay is comfortable.
