Welcome to paradise in Sarasota! This home is beautifully decorated to provide comfort, fun, entertainment and relaxation. Welcome to this serene 3 bed/2ba home located in a cul-a-sack. The home offers a lot of privacy and a breathtaking view of the Phillippi Creek in the backyard. You can sit and relax by the pool, while enjoying a margarita or glass of wine and watching the boats go by on the serene creek. You might even spot a manatee swimming by.
All the amenities needed in a home are included and the location couldn't be better, within 2-5 minutes to stores, supermarket, top restaurants and only 10 minutes from Siesta Key and Crescent Beach. Don't wait to book or regret what you will be missing out.

What I enjoy the most about this neighborhood is the quietness and location, within 5-15 minutes you can enjoy all the fun that Sarasota has to offer.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The view is what makes this property unique. When you walk into the house you can immediately see the view in the back. It's peaceful, private and gorgeous. Morning, afternoon or evening you won't want to leave this backyard. Good thing that there are all sorts of food delivery available.
