After a day filled with adventures, relax on the patio and enjoy the soothing sound of a one-of-a-kind water feature, or cook up a memorable meal in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll feel right at home in this spacious, beautifully lit abode, complete with four cozy bedrooms, a golden office space, and two full bathrooms. Our neighborhood is centrally located to all amenities, restaurants, wineries, vineyards, farmstands, and orchards, and is of course extremely peaceful! With a school across the street, our neighborhood has a low crime rate, very neighbor friendly and the police station just blocks away provides an extra sense of security! The stunning views of Mount Gardield and the Bookcliffs are priceless alongside the soothing sound of the water feature and countless bird songs can be heard in the distance!

Situated 5-10 minutes from everything you may need this home is conveniently located off of the Fruit and Wine Byway. The Iron horse, flagstone walkway, and water feature grand your attention when first arriving at the house, impossible to miss! The mountain views from every window will surely have you returning! Enjoy organic peach and nectarine trees at this fully stocked, clean, and equipped home, which surely will exceed your standards!
