This property great location, clean , comfy beds. Full stocked kitchen. Owners very kind and helped with an issues very quickly. I would stay here again some time.

This is a wonderful property that provided all that was described and more! The hosts have thought of everything that made our stay wonderful. The hot tub was quite lovely and the backyard and grounds were beautiful.

A truly special property that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. The love for this property is felt upon arrival and the endless thoughtful details made it even better. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, which was amazing for my very tired kiddos. I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to make it back some day in the future.

The house was exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was perfect for attending the Palisades Wine Festival for the first time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location between Palisade and Grand Junction

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the back yard and hot tub. The house was very cozy as well.

We enjoyed our stay! We booked a getaway to visit the wineries and this was a great location. Minutes away from some of our favorites and also convenient to be close to a grocery store. The backyard was great, nice hot tub and fire pit. The spa towels were a nice touch! The communication with booking site and host was fantastic, definitely recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay

Our stay was perfect the house was very cozy; the kids had a lot of fun in the yard. We only had time to use the hot tub once, but the water was perfect. overall we will stay again when and if needed.

Cute and comfortable home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clifton while we did some skiing at Powderhorn. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the home is modernized with easy to use controls for TV. The hot tub was very relaxing and a nice perk to the stay.

Perfect location

My friends from Massachusetts and I stayed here for our annual hiking trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed and wanted. It was easily accessible to Palisade and Grand Junction which gave us lots of flexibility for activities. Also the owners were responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

The hosts were diligently working on the hot tub when we get there, bc they were having problems with it. They were very nice and friendly. We ended up never using the hot tub, but thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the relaxing, calming fish pond. Their check in materials and check-in video were very thorough and helpful. We played a little foosball and enjoyed the living room. Everything seemed to work well. Only, one small minor complaint, they may need to either fix their coffee carafe or get a new one. It was very leaky when pouring coffee. But in the scheme of things, very minor complaint. It's a very nicely organized and well stocked place! Thank you! Re: the ring found, I will make an inquiry to our group

Very comfortable and accommodating

Pleasantly surprised coffee bar was stocked upon our arrival. Anything you could need in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Owners very nice and accommodating.

great stay in Grand Junction

We loved staying here . This will be our 1st choice place to stay when in the area. The home is super cozy , centrally located , with lots of extras. We loved the jacuzzi , wonderful bedding , great location and more . We were close to the river , shopping , wine tasting , and restaurants. The host was super helpful too! thank you again!

Great space for a girl's weekend

Such a lovely property! decorated very nicely and thoughtfuly. We were here for a girl's weekend, and had a great time! property owners were very good communicators. They have an app with detailed info about their property. Will definitely book here again!

It was a lovely place to stay really appreciated the extra towels specific for the hot tub (a drying rack would be a great addition to hang our wet clothes and towels ) we also appreciated the nice TP so many places by the cheapest stuff. As well all the games, all the appliances, all the chairs. It was a beautiful place very comfortable. The downside for us was the pans are quite worn. We like to cook and would appreciate a new set of pots and pans and the chairs have arms on them with the exception of one and they were a bit narrow for us to be comfortable. I would totally recommend this place.

Tank you Robert for your review and suggestions. Updated pots and pans are on our replacement list. As for the dining chairs, they are standard size, and we do not have plans on replacing them, as they are part of the refinished antique dining set. This home is our retirement investment and we have invested a great deal of time and money bringing it to our higher standards. Unfortunately, we are not at a profit, as this is our second home and much nicer than our permanent home. We have to choose our improvements wisely. As expected home repairs add up on older, yet comfortable homes. While most guests find our home a Cozy Clifton Retreat, we are grateful for all who stay!
