The location was just as advertised. A tiny studio in a quiet neighborhood. The host had many amenities available and communicated well. The pull-out bed is a little bit rough for a larger guy, but beyond that everything went very well! Highly recommended.

Great place, Helpful Host

This was a great little place for our family to stay the a couple nights. Host was very kind and prompt in helping out when there was a problem with the electronic lock. The loft room did get very warm, but this is to be expected in the summer. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

An absolute joy to stay in! The studio was perfect for myself and a friend to have a relaxing girls night. The rooms were spotless and everything looked brand new, and cutely decorated for fall. The owners were great at communicating with detailed instructions and quick responses to our questions. Would definitely recommend and will be returning next time we’re in Palisade!

We’re a Grand Junction family who loves the outdoors and good food. I’m a dental assistant at Grand Dental, and my husband is a Nurse at St. Mary’s. With two adventurous boys, we spend our time paddle boarding, biking, hiking, and exploring new places. We travel often and love staying in Airbnbs, so we’re excited to share our space with guests the same way others have welcomed us.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it’s safe, quiet, and full of friendly neighbors. It’s also conveniently close to the river—less than half a mile away—which makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors. It’s a wonderful place to raise a family, and we love the peaceful atmosphere.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is unique because it offers a large, peaceful yard with plenty of space to relax, a cozy fire pit, and a charming future garden. It’s clean, quiet, and very family‑friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere that helps you feel right at home.
