Private studio in the woods near South Yuba river
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is 2.2 miles to Edward’s crossing which has some of Northern California’s most beautiful swim holes and only 5.9 miles to scenic downtown Nevada City. The studio is located above a garage on a private/fenced acre where there is also a log cabin. The second floor view is like a treehouse with trees out every window and lots of windows to view the surrounding nature.
The space
There are two gates to enter the property. It’s easiest to enter second gate and park in front of the garage. Heating is electric and heats up the space well. Refrigerator is smaller and there is an electric cooktop and air fryer for your cooking needs.

Full access to the whole acre.
