Spacious Luxury Mountain loft, very close to both downtown Nevada City and Grass Valley. Also, approximately 7 miles to Rollins Lake, where you can go boating or paddle board. Cozy mountain feel, open floor plan with massive ceilings. Peaceful and private. Enjoy this beautiful space on 3 acres. Relax on the extra deep down filled sectional and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen with Roku or enjoy the warmth from the wood burning stove. This Loft offers dedicated dining, living room, kitchen, office and bedroom areas. Light cooking options available, NOT a full Kitchen.
This is a DRUG FREE HOME & NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property, not inside or outside.

The loft is not your typical rental, it is thoughtfully designed and decorated for our family and personal guests in mind. If you are looking for a peaceful and private stay. This is it!

Set up for two people only. Not suitable for children.

I had a wonderful time at my stay here. The loft was exactly how I pictured it and the outside grounds were even better! I especially enjoyed sitting in the evenings on the little bridge in a chair over the creek enjoying the running water in the woods and soaking in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this property!

My husband and I chose The Loft because it was quiet and away from the crowds. I owned a large property in North Idaho, heavily wooded and I seriously miss it. I must say this fulfilled my need to have that kind of environment. My husband and I could not have been more comfortable nor pleased than we were with this property and have plans to visit again many times in the future listing it as our most favorite. The hosts were very nice and always available for any questions, the place was extremely clean and beautiful well decorated very homie and pleasant. We could not have been more satisfied. This was a celebration of our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect.

Mountain loft is a fantastic place to stay it is very clean and has a great location near lots of hiking and outdoors activities. The host does a great job at setting everything up for you to have the perfect stay.

Pleasant stay!

The loft is gorgeous, with really nice surroundings. It was nice and quiet, but close enough to the towns nearby for when you want to do things. Check-in was very smooth. The host was very communicative. Really hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful Location

We had a nice stay but it was too quick. Just a weekend to visit relatives in town. It would have been nice to sit on the patio and relax...it's beautiful setting, very peaceful! Totally recommend it!

Great place and owners so helpful

I booked this for a weekend retreat and it was just as listed. Very comfortable space and so great that it has so much more than a hotel room. Tonya was so kind and helpful. I will book again for my next time!

Thank you for choosing The loft. We appreciate your feedback. However, Comments about expensive is kind of unrealistic. You are staying in a 1700 sq ft loft with all the amenities of a home. A hotel room can not compete with the quality, compliments and value.

Peaceful and Amazing!

The place was so peaceful and cozy! It was absolutely perfect for a get away and had all the amenities we needed. Tonya was an amazing host and even suggested some local festivals happening in the nearby downtowns. We enjoyed the little touches she gave her place to make it feel like home. Would highly recommend and would definitely book it again!
