Walk to the Village. Bike downtown. Centrally located to everything.
Access to "the Shed" - cool pool, hot pool, sauna, gym & change rooms.
Completely updated in 2023. Well-outfitted throughout.
3 bedrooms - 2 king, 1 queen.
40" Amazon TV in the master.
Portable TV (on rolling stand) that can be used in either of the other bedrooms. (Chromecast)
The basement is not finished but there is a separate bed there for periodic guests you may have.
Semi-Detached in the Windfall area.
Full access to "the Shed" - pool, hot tub, sauna, gym.
Walk to the Blue Mountain Village - 1.5km
4km to Sidelaunch Brewing
5km to Metro / Cineplex & downtown Collingwood
