Located on the beautiful Wequaquet Lake, this spectacularly modern & stylish 3-bedroom private lakefront property is perfect for your next family vacation! Featuring a private beach & dock, enjoy a spacious backyard for BBQ, games & family fun. Outdoor bonus spaces include a sunroom with a TV, outdoor shower, & spacious deck with plenty of seating overlooking the Lake. Go kayaking, relax in the beach chairs, or watch the sunset on the screened in porch. Welcome to your next vacation!
The space
Inside this beautiful home includes an open floor plan from living room to kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom/bathroom, and a common sitting area with a deck overlooking the backyard & lake.
Kayaks, standup paddle-boards, and a row boat will be provided for your convenience (lifejackets included). The fire-pit can be used on the lawn, just bring your own firewood!
Convenient to center of town, 5 min drive to Craigville Beach.
