Ideally located in a gated community close to the Strip, it comes with a bedroom with King bed & ensuite bath, a second bedroom with Queen bed & adjoining bath, a dedicated office with sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, weekly housekeeping and access to Ariva's extensive amenities in its 30-acre grounds.
As featured in Business Travel Executive, this brand new 1,600 sq. ft residence comes with designer furnishings, 1 bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, 1 secondary bedroom with Queen bed, dedicated office with sofa sleeper and large working desk and printer, living and dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.

Weekly housekeeping services are included.
